LAX Connecting Alliance (LAXCA) Team comprises of a group of world-class infrastructure industry leaders joining forces to pursue the LAX Automated People Mover (APM) Project. Together, our team’s public-private-partnership (PPP) structure is based on an outstanding record of successful delivery of more than 60 PPP projects throughout the world over the past five decades and each member of the team brings extensive expertise across the range of disciplines needed to deliver complex PPP projects like the LAX APM Project.

Los Angeles (November 3, 2017) — LAX Connecting Alliance (LAXCA), a joint-venture led by OHL Infrastructure, Inc., has fully embraced Los Angeles World Airport’s (LAWA) inclusivity goals for the Automated People Mover (APM) Project, the first contract of its kind in the history of LA. The LAX APM project will deliver a system to connect passengers from a Consolidated Rent-A-Car Center (CONRAC) to an Intermodal Transportation Facility (ITF) and then to the Central Terminal Area of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
