Acciona Concesiones, S.L., a subsidiary of Acciona S.A., undertakes the private development, design, construction, financing, management, and operation of transport and social infrastructure. As a leading concession manager, with 860 employees on 24 concessions projects worldwide, and as the concessionaire on Autoroute 30 and Rt. Hon. Herb Gray Parkway in Canada, it has the relevant North American experience for the project.

OHL Infrastructure (OHL)

OHL Infrastructure (OHL), a subsidiary of OHL Concesiones, S.A., has been active in PPP infrastructure since 2000, and the driving force of the OHL Group. Axium Infrastructure, Inc.

Axium Infrastructure, Inc., an independent infrastructure investment firm dedicated to generating long-term returns through investments in core infrastructure assets across multiple sectors, including transportation, power and utilities, and social accommodation. Axium manages dedicated infrastructure funds having over $1.2bn in assets under management as well as more than $700m in managed co-investments. Lane is owned by global construction leader, Salini Impregilo.

As an industry leader in complex infrastructure design projects, Arup possesses a wide range of core specialist skills needed to complete the design for DBFMO APM projects.
